What to Expect

Our Welcome Team will be waiting for you when you get here.
Go straight to the welcome center to get your kids checked into their respective classrooms.

We take the Security of your children very seriously. Your child will receive a security tag (usually attached to their back) and the parent(s) will receive a matching tag that is required to pick up your child.

You may also check your children into their classroom before you arrive using our Church App on your phone. You can get more details on how to download and get set up on the application right here on our website.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you accomodate allergies?

We provide snacks for all appropriate age groups and have gluten free options as needed. During the check-in process we record any and all allergies your child may have and those are printed on the security tag affixed to your child so that all teachers and helpers are aware of their allergies.

Can my kids stay together?

For the safety and comfort of all the kids we keep age appropriate groups together. If you have a special case and/or need please talk to our Children’s Pastor and we will attempt to accomodate your needs on a case-by-case basis.

What is your diaper changing policy?

Infants in the nursery are changed with 2 adults present at all times. In all other age groups, if your child requires a diaper change or is toilet training, a parent will be contacted to take care of the situation (teachers in these classrooms are not allowed to change a diaper or help a child use the restroom).

How do I check my kids out of their classroom?

You will need to take the security tag you received during check-in to your child’s classroom and present it to the teacher at the door. The teacher will verify and collect both tags before releasing the child into your care. If the tags do NOT match the child will not be release under ANY circumstances. If you lose your security tag, the Children’s Pastor or Welcome Team Lead will need to verify your identity before the child will be released.

How many kids do you have per leader/teacher?

In the nursery we require 2 adults and 1 student leader per 10 children. In all other classrooms, we require 1 adult leader and 1 student leader per 10 kids.

How little is too little for the nursery?

We are prepared to take care of children from birth on up. As long as you as a parent are comfortable leaving your infant in our care we are prepared and excited to care for them and allow you to enjoy the service yourself.

When do kids advance to the next class level?

Once a year, in the summer (usually July), we advance all children into the next age and/or grade classroom.
