A key word for us at Pinecrest is HONOR... 

We honor God through our worship of Him, both individually and corporately.

Individually, we live out our lives in such a way that show we value our relationship with Him.  Others know we value that relationship with God by the way we live out that relationship.  We want to grow in our individual worship of God through the disciplines in our lives that draw us close to God.  Whether praying, singing, serving, studying scripture or just living out your faith in Christ, we want to be true to ourselves and to our walk with Christ.  That's why we give people grace to grow in their worship of God.  We understand that all people are on different journies and exploring worship in different phases.  We want everyone to feel supported in growing in their worship and honor of God.

Corporately, we highly value gathering together as a fellowship to worship together, singing, praying, studying the bible and being with each other.  There is something different that happens in a believer's life when they regularly spend time with other believers focusing their heart and their minds on God.  All of our services seek to put God as the focus of our time.  Everything we do, whether music, art, sermon or other activities, always point our attention to God.  He is the reason we are there and so want to seek Him and His heart.
